How I work
I build the tools myself
Internal tools on the Odoo API: a B2B supplier dashboard, live KPI dashboards in Odoo and Metabase, and Python automation for recurring reports and manual processes.

Grocery Division. Promoted from Category Supervisor. The technical link between operations and the development team.
- Built internal tools on the Odoo API — a B2B supplier dashboard, live KPI dashboards in Odoo and Metabase, and Python automation of recurring reports and manual processes.
- Run regular reconciliation of orders, invoices, and stock between Odoo and the app, with every mismatch classified by root cause.
- Defined the KPI framework — formulas, data sources, and baselines — for the operations plan presented to management.
- Own change and access control: every change tested in staging before production, user roles and segregation of duties managed, bulk data updates reviewed before they're applied.
- First-line owner of Odoo and app incidents — resolving data-sync and stuck-order cases with workarounds until the root cause is fixed.

- Supported the branches' move from Odoo 16 to Odoo 19, checking stock and order data around the cutover.
- Planned stock and reorders in Odoo and Excel from stock cover and sales history; matched goods receipts against purchase orders.
- Set and reviewed prices against costs and competitors, using pricing, promotions, and availability to grow category sales.
- Assigned in 2025 to raise sales and service quality at the Benghazi branch warehouse.
